What to expect from your caterer:
We can help you with any event. We will assist you with creating menu options to fit your event. Meals are priced per person. Included in the price is set up, tear down, and clean up or catering. We also include paper products, cutlery, and cups for drinks. We also have access to an upgraded line of plates and cutlery as an option as well.
Tastings are limited due to how busy we are. The best time of year for them is January through March, but if it is needed, although tricky, we can squeeze in at other times.
Before the event:
No deposit is required to hold your date. We work on a first come, first serve basis. Balance is due at the time of service. If you choose to make payments, we will track your balance for you. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks.
We appreciate cancellations 30 days prior to scheduled event. We will gladly refund any amount that has been provided to us. We require your final menu selection 30 days prior to your event.
Final numbers need to be given to us one week prior to the event. Food service is all you can eat. We provide enough food for people to have as much as they want and return for seconds. This also allows the first person in line to have the same choices as the last person. There are NO leftovers. If all your guests that you paid for do not come, we will gladly leave the portions equal to the difference. We seldom throw away food and can use the leftovers in diverse ways. The extra is more of a comfort for us to know that we have enough. We can however leave the extras for a nominal fee if prearranged.
The Day of the Event:
We will arrive approximately 1 to 1 and a half hours prior to your event for set up. Once the meal is served and guests are given the opportunity to have seconds, we will tear down the buffet line.
You will be billed for your final guest count or actual number, whichever is greater. We charge no additional fees. The per person price times the number of guests is your total. We do however have to charge 6% Maryland Sales Tax. Gratuity is optional, and we feel is our client’s choice.
